Bemidji Youth Hockey Association

Choice Therapy provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services to the Bemidji and surrounding communities.  Our main focus is quality of care for our patients.  We have convenient scheduling for our patients, and treat all areas of outpatient therapy services, including pediatrics.  Choice Therapy does have satellite clinics in Blackduck, Kelliher, Northome, Bagley, and Clearbrook.    Please call or visit our website for more info.
