(3) 15 minute running time periods. With a 3 minute break between each period.

Teams will switch every 1:30 minutes on the buzzer, with a faceoff to start each shift.

Penalties: If a penalty is called the player will return to their box for the rest of the shift.

All games will be ½ ice games.

Each game will have a 5 minute warm up time.
