BYHA referee class
This is a opportunity for beginner and new BYHA officials to learn how to be a referee. You must still complete course through USA hockey.
Ages
Recommended age to become a referee from USA hockey is 10, however you can only referee age levels younger than your current age so it is most appropriate for PeeWee/12u level skaters.
When
4pm in classroom
4:45-5:45 on the ice
November 1
This will be a 1.5 hour clinic for new and young BYHA officials. This does not count as USA hockey required classes. You must still complete those classes to become a official.
30 min in the classroom
1 hour on ice
Bring your skates, helmet, and whistle.
