Thank you all for coming to participate in this tournament. We’re glad to host this event as a positive end of season event for our PeeWee AA team, which is not competing in a district tournament this year. We appreciate everyone making the trip and supporting the weekend.

We’re also happy to host this for no cost, as your programs consistently support our tournaments throughout the season, and we value that partnership.

Tournament format will be simple and streamlined. There are four teams total, and all teams will play in a single pool with each team playing one another. On Sunday, the top two teams in the standings will play for the championship, and the bottom two teams will play for third place. Each team will play one game on Sunday.

I will post the tournament rules before the tournament. Final Sunday game times will be posted as soon as they are solidified. Our schedule has been unusually "fluid" this year for several reasons, so thank you in advance for your patience if any adjustments are necessary.

We know it’s been a long season for everyone. Our goal is to keep the weekend simple, organized, and enjoyable — giving the kids a chance to compete, have fun, and, for those continuing on, prepare for regionals and state tournaments.
